When you search for Chiu Chi Ling on Youtube, you will find plenty of videos and clips where he explains very specific pieces of applications or movements in Hung Gar. These are also called ‘Bridges’ and are named after the structure that follows the hand (Sau). This is one video from 2018, but you will be able to find more recent videos still that explain more.
